1 Star for my initial experience. Added 2 stars for how their head of operations fixed the issue. I have purchased framed, autographed photos from here over 10 years without issue. I purchased an autographed jersey during a sale in September. Then it showed "2 jerseys in stock". My credit card was charged the same day. When I did not receive an email to pick it up, I contacted customer service two weeks and was told the jersey could be picked up the following week. My son turned 10 and wanted to spend his birthday money at this store. We drove an hour to get there to see that they are not open on Saturdays. My son was beyond disappointed and is now saying he doesn’t ever want to go back. Please update store hours, so another kid or grown up doesn’t make the treck for no reason.

Ordered the 200.00$ mystery box, when product arrived and un boxed the signature was barely legible and could not even read the number above the signature. very poor quality autograph.
