She rented me a termite infested apartment, wrote up a fake lease under a fake business name. Sent her cousins in to do repairs to save money. Sent me to court over 400 dollars because I found out there was termites. Simply, unprofessional and should not be allowed to sale in TX. Also, stole my deposit after everything. I had to leave all me and my daughters stuff there because it was so bad and she did not care told me had to wait 8 days to do anything. Worst experience of my life. Super nice until you sign your life away.
While Brenda was nice to work with, the seller that she was representing was not so nice. Tried to refuse to sign release of earnest money once the home that I was interested in purchasing appraised WELL under the purchase amount. Had to get an attorney involved in order to have my money released back to me by title since the seller would not cooperate.

I highly recommend this real estate company. Brenda was extremely helpful, patient, and efficient in guiding us through buying our new home and selling our previous one. She is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and connected to other agents and all of the real estate services we needed when turning our home around for the sale.
