Had a great experience renting a bike while visiting Sydney for a day on a cruise. The Framework team was communicative and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for a great ride. The road along the waterfront to New Waterford was near perfect road riding — beautiful views, low traffic, fresh air. Highly recommended!
The folks at framework Cycle and Fitness really helped save me in a mini emergency situation. My cruise ship arrived in Sydney for the day but I immediately got a flat. My vehicle is an accessibility scooter and yet the folks there especially Kirsten were able to provide advice and service to get me through the day. Very knowledgeable and very helpful highly recommended!
