We love frames etc, however today the two women in the frames sales department really made us change our mind. My daughter is a server at a very nice 5 star restaurant (not that it matters) she has been providing for herself since she was 16! We have been going to Frames for quite a few years and today the two ladies in the frames department made her feel like total garbage! She cannot afford new frames right now so she had asked if she could use her old frames and just get new lenses. The woman snatched them out of her hand... read more

Most unprofessional business and owner ever. They need an audiologist on staff and not an optometrist. They made false accusations against my family when what they really need to do was get their hearing checked or quit pretending like they weren't just starting problems for no good reason. Then they wanted to act like my reaction or response was the problem. They ruined my families day and caused us twice as much stress and trauma then we were already under & I was just trying to get my eyes checked. The lady seemed so pro... read more
