I stopped in last week and the girls working were so helpful. I had no idea what I wanted but Anna and Jacquie made sure I found a style I liked while not spending a fortune. I'll definitely recommend Frameri to all of my friends. Plus they were playing some awesome music when I was there. It's a cool spot run by cool people!

Worst customer service that I think I've ever had. They messed up my prescription three times. Was waiting for over two months for them to get my prescription right. Was treated like it was my fault that they messed it up too. The manager was horrible to deal with. She tried to rush me out the door every interaction I had with her. This Cincy start-up has a great selection of styles with a friendly knowledgable staff. And because of their removable lens concept your money goes far. I was happily surprised how short the turn around time on my order was... I received my two frames and lens shipped to my door in less than a week! I really love my new pair(s!) of glasses.
