Similar situation as another person posted. It’s been over a year since our wedding and still waiting on prints, photo book, USB. Akio has stopped responding to our messages. Would not recommend at all for a weddings.
It's been a year since my wedding and I'm still waiting on my prints, photo book, and USB with my digital photos. I have reached out and have stopped receiving responses. Very upsetting!
Akio’s work is absolutely incredible! He set up a meeting with us months before the wedding to make sure he captured the moments most important to us. He was very professional and organized while also feeling like family. We love how our pictures turned out.. can’t recommend him enough!
Excellent work by Akio! He was very friendly. The team does a great job, and we definitely recommend Framemoment. They took excellent pictures and it was so much fun to look through the photos and see the different reactions.
