This is just straight up capitalism of the company
Misleading pricing for the Pro Plan. Site shows pricing for the Pro Plan as $15.00/member/month with up to 5 members at no charge. In actuality, it's $15.00/user/month and only users can download/upload. The 5 free members can only view which is ridiculous because the content is public anyway.
I have followed FrameIO from couple of years and they have evolved to a great extent. Initially there were some areas of improvements and I'm really glad the team is working on improvising the tool. I find it very useful especially for sharing content across teams and following up on the comments that have better context. The un-versioning has improved a lot. Certainly helpful now while keeping the shared link safe while un-versioning. Keep evolving, Thanks team!
I honestly can't believe how terrible their support is. It has to be AI, and bad AI at that, because someone emailing you unrelated messages would be more helpful than their "support team"
Hidden Fees. Poor Customer Service. I'm gutted that I already paid for 12 months!
