My wife and I went to Framed Optical today and the service was prompt and very positive...selected my wife's glasses in 20 .minutes and it was all fantastic. Debbie May and the revceptionist were efficient and very attentive...would recommend to everyone.
Very helpful... even through we couldn't go in because of the virus. They said bring my grandsons lenses and they could see what they could do. When we got there... they came out and got the lenses. My grandson was happy to be able to see again. Before we got home they called to see if he liked them..
I had my eye exam on Monday and my glasses arrived on Wednesday! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommended Framed Optical!
