I’ve been wanting to get a pair of glasses from Framed Ewe for a long time now and so happy I finally did! And I can’t say enough great things about both the atmosphere and the team — their warmth and care is felt and makes for such a pleasant experience. Big kudos/shout out to Nico for helping me find my new favorite glasses that I love so much.
Excellent customer service from Framed Ewe! I recently got my prescription put on some existing frames and I can say I couldn’t be happier with the results! Their expert opticians helped me pick out the perfect lenses to go with my frames. If you ever need help picking out your next pair of glasses, ask for Phil, Nico or Michael, they are all excellent at their jobs.
Framed Ewe and Lisann are wonderful! She measured my progressives perfectly, and I can see beautifully. She even shipped my glasses to me, which made everything so easy. What really stood out was the follow-up. Lisann reached out afterward just to make sure I was happy with my new glasses. That kind of personal service is rare these days. If you need eyeglasses in Phoenix, this is the place. Highly recommend!
