Sent my cartier frames to get repaired he ended up stratching my lenses so bad I have to buy new ones absolutely no skill and knowledge of repairing glasses and the level of disrespect this guy has for his customers is absolutely horrible
This guy tried to rob me, honestly I didn't think it at first but after reading reviews and trying to contact this guy for 11 days it was evident. Emailed August F Cornell to see if they would be able to repair my vintage neostyle frames. He replied quickly and said he can, and ship them as soon as I could. After he took delivery I emailed and called around 20 times with no luck. I contacted the Syracuse police dept. These were my late father's frames. I am very pleased with several challenging repairs on glasses that no one else would touch. I can wear my expensive glasses again.
