I was on holidays near Cairns and had sat on and broken the arm on my relatively new glasses. I was not in a position to get a new pair so soon after using all of my private health allowance. This company is amazing and their customer service, whether in person, over the phone or via email is fantastic. Absolutely outstanding customer service, faultless workmanship and reasonable pricing. I had multi focal sunglasses made in Vietnam last year but they were too tight and gave me an instant headache. I took them to a number of optometrists none of whom would attempt to adjust them because the arms didn’t have a metal piece running through them.
