Treat their drivers with respect and gratitude! Overall a great company to drive for. It's not always peaches and cream. But, management and office people work hard at keeping the drivers happy and moving. Most of my sitting time(probably 95%) is because of shippers and receivers. Fraley understands that if the wheels ain't turning, nobody is earning! Come in with an open mind and a good attitude, keep the left door shut, and you'll make money!!
