I had a great experience at Fragrance Outlet this time! Ritchie was super helpful and made the visit smooth and enjoyable. He even shared tips on top sellers and suggested perfume combos that go really well together, which made shopping fun and easy. This was a big improvement compared to my previous visit when the staff was quite rude. Really appreciated the excellent service!
Do not buy from here. They may have discounted prices, but they sell you old perfume that doesn’t last long. I purchased Ralph by Ralph Lauren perfume. I used to wear this perfume all the time back in college, so I know how long the perfume should last throughout the day. I noticed that the perfume I got from this store only lasts about an hour. I visited this outlet with my family and had a very bad experience, I went there and asked for a perfume and they didn't even let to touch the bottle. The short black lady was very rude and she said that she doesn't care. No respect to customers at all. I don't recommend this place.and she's very bad attitude lost there business im sure. And price so high too
