There seems to be some neg comments. I personally think there's great deals on authentic fragrances especially with the BOGO. In my opinion the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. -as far as returns, it's not their fault. They're just doing their job.

Great deals on authentic fragrances.
Not a good place to buy fragrance. Horrible customer service, very poor selection. Staff was very rude and disrespectful and had very little knowledge of their own products. Prices were not in line with any kind of "outlet" type store being just barely under retail and at retail or more on the few fragrances I did inquire about. No samples to spray at the store of almost all of the products that I inquired about. Don't waste your time going there. Better off at Macy's, Sephora or Ulta if purchasing or even looking (sampling)... read more
