If I could give zero stars, I would. I have unfortunately had to deal with Fragomen across multiple employer based immigration visa and green card processes, and they are consistently terrible. They are incredibly unresponsive, unorganized, and completely unreliable. Service is incommensurate with cost. It consistently takes weeks or months and dozens of email reminders to answer simple questions such as, "which wage level did we file under last year". We've been using them awhile for their expertise, but we need to pursue different options at this point.

My employer uses Fragomen for greencard application, and they messed up my PERM job posting - instead of copying and pasting the job description we provided, they re-used the text from another employee in our office with my salary range. They didn't inform us about the mistake until a few months later, when we thought they have already filed my PERM - this is a total disaster, and we have to do all the job posting from ground zero again.
