I rarely leave bad reviews online - but dealing with Fragomen has been such a headache and so time consuming that I feel like i have to share my experience. I am in a green card process with them through my employer and Fragomen has been the most unprofessional firm I ever had to work with. So far it has taken them 6 months to file a petition for me - a process that they mentioned should take 3 weeks at most. Everyone I worked with at Fragomen exceeded my expectations! I was partnering with them to obtain an employer sponsored O1 visa. Their attention to detail, thoroughness and communication is unmatched. I cannot recommend using this highly rated law firm for any of your immigration needs. Thank you again team!
Very disappointing experience. No single point of contact . every time I asked the same question, I got two different answers. Not professional at all
Laziest paralegals ever. Takes weeks and months to hear back from them. Their IT systems are from the 90s and completely broken. A complete joke. Avoid at all costs.
While im very happy with the customer service i recieved, I ended up receiving an RFE, which I believe could have been avoided. I suspect it was due to filing errors on their part. Additionally, the response to the RFE took longer than expected. Another issue is that, I had proactively informed them about my name change, but they tried to use my old name. I caught the mistake and flagged it, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
