Shockingly poor immigration consultants/lawyers for the amount charged. Given incorrect advice on 2 occasions leading to substantial delay in process and nearly losing out on my job. Consider it your lucky day if they respond on time, get back to your email within 2 weeks or bother responding at all! Better save your time, money, effort for better ones out there. However, if your life is stress-free consider giving them a go.
My experience with this company so far has been quite frustrating. My agent has been unprofessional, making multiple errors in my application and losing important documents several times. The process has been unnecessarily delayed due to her adding irrelevant details, which has made things more complicated. I've even had to contact immigration myself instead of relying on my agent. Unfortunately, the work with the company is still ongoing, but I hope things improve moving forward.
