I am blown away. If I can give more stars, I would. The team went above and beyond taking care of the whole patient. They are so experienced, so kind, nice and helpful. After what I just went through with another, I learned that fancy stores cannot compensate for excellent care. We are all humans and deserve to be treated like one. Started seeing Dr. Fradkin and Dr. Orenstein after living in the area after a couple of years. I have a lazy eye and have been seeing eye doctors for as long as I can remember. They are both extremely caring and are meticulous with detail. After my first visit, I was informed that one pupil was noticeably larger than the other. I followed up with the office, and they arranged an appointment with a neuro-ophthalmologist. I have been a patient here since about 2003, mostly seeing Dr. Orenstein and now Dr. Fradkin, as Dr. Orenstein has retired. The same people have been here the whole time, and I suspect for much longer. I've always been happy with the care I have received and the eyewear I have purchased.
