Rude customer service, I tried to take a laptop back because it wouldn't connect to our wifi. His response was it connects here, I can't take it back. Then I was like can I pawn it and wanted my social security number ummmm no.
He told me he rather loan me the money than buy my stuff and I said I wanted to sell and he passed on it
