Franco came back again to fix our problem with a new system He would get 5 *'s but would suggest that new system would be preloaded on software updates so as not to add monies to our service time. As for the company and us being loyal clients I'm very sad and upset with the lack of communication and response time. If I wasn't persistant after 7 calls, I'd still be waiting for them to reach out to me after 1 month+.Never did actually speak with anyone on quote but husband finally did after 3 calls and 2 emails. Franco came by on a service appt. and was awesome! Went above and beyond to make sure we were totally satisfied. Super nice, polite and professional!!
Franco took his time and explainwd everything in details. Even though problem couldn't be fixed would recommend.
Went on dec 20 to get on schedule for installs told be contacted by chris mon 22 gave benefit Christmas week. Called 29 spoke female rep ask for chris told be contacted back now it's end of 2nd waiting still nothing. I don't have voice-mail which inform the gentleman on the 20th and no calls will try again
Visited their showroom to test out some chairs before ordering. Chris was super friendly and helpful and I had a great time nerding out with him in their theater testing some of the high-end AV equipment. Matt popped by as I was leaving and spend another 30 mins chatting with him as well. They clearly know their stuff. Once the chairs arrived, Matt and Ben did a great job installing them in my theater room. Would definitely recommend FPAV and will be using them in the future for any AV consulting and things I can't handle on... read more
