States that the shop is open till 4:30pm. We arrive at 4:05pm for a quick browse. Overheard staff make a comment about us coming into the shop when they are trying to close which was very rude and unture since the shop should have been open for another 25 minutes. The second we leave at 4:15pm they lock the door behind us and put the sign to closed. Very rude staff to be working in that sort of organisation and I would be very disappointed if I were Foyle Hospice.
