I had my vinyl roof installed last September. I stored vehicle away after I got it back for winter. This summer I noticed the new plastic edging on vinyl top was separated at both sides where it connects. There a gap at each end now. I took it back and showed John the issue. He never offered to repair it correctly. He told me the use heat gun and strech it and then reglue it. I did do this and a week later it separated again. John has an old time view of the customer service that isn't seen in this day and age. Customer service has gone out the window, the world is in such a rush. But John takes his time with you and doesn't cut corners on the job he has done for me. I highly recommend doing business with Foxy's where customer service and quality work are A++. Thank you Foxy's!

As an avid car guy, I have at times needed work done on my upholstery. I never hesitate to call Foxy's and am always treated fairly. John uses high quality fabric and has some true skill. I also used him to redo some barstools and boat cushions that turned out looking brand new. I highly recommend this guy who will go out of his way to please.

LAST MONTH I NEEDED MY CAR UPHOLSTERY FIXED. I CALLED FOXY'S TOPS AND UPHOLSTERY AND WAS TOLD TO STOP BY FOR AN ESTIMATE. JOHN LOOKED AT THE PROBLEM AND WALKED ME THROUGH THE STEPS OF WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO TO REPAIR THE DOOR PANEL. HE ALSO HAD THE FORESIGHT TO CHECK THE UPHOLSTERY ON THE OTHER DOORS. JOHN DEFINITELY HAS MY CONFIDENCE. HE REALLY KNOWS HID STUFF! I DID INVESTIGATE A COUPLE OTHER PLACES FOR AN ESTIMATE BUT DECIDED TO GO BACK TO FOXY'S. THE COST WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS QUOTED.... My mechanic recommended Foxy's to me when the liner in my convertible top ripped. The job was done quickly and when there was an issue related to it a short time later, the work was redone with a smile to my liking. Great customer service and no job is too small. Foxy stands behind his work with no hassle and you'll never meet a nicer guy.
