Foxy's has a strict late (5 minute) and cancellation (two days) policy. I respect these policies as they are a small business and have to protect themselves. However, they do not follow this policy. My last artist has been consistently 20-30 minutes late or behind for months. Recently, she cancelled my appointment 30 minutes prior to the appointment without explanation.
