Incredible experience.Pain free waxing in a nice and clean spa. She is a true professional, very hospitable. She explained everything and made me feel very comfortable before, during and after appointment.
I made an appointment for a wax through Groupon; however, at my appointment I informed her that I started menstruating that morning and understood if she canceled so we could reschedule. Maria told me she would have to charge me a $25 cancellation fee because “other people could’ve had my spot if I canceled 24 hours ago”. Maria used to service me with my lymphatic massages after my plastic surgery and for awhile with my lashes. She helped me so much in such a vulnerable period in my life. She was always amazing and such a vibe and I honestly miss her so much!!
