Oh my goodness where to start. The sentencing guidelines recommend a fine, which I said to Mr Foxker in our pre trial meeting. But he had the attitude of I know best, informing me that there was no chance of that happening. Well it comes to court and the actual prosecution who are meant to be against me recommend a fine.
