I'm sure the service is lovely but the staff on reception was very rude and condescending when I entered incorrectly. Would encourage the staff to be more welcoming and respectful to guest. Since you don't know who could be looking at the car home as a potential location to stay.
MY FATHER IS HERE,AND HE IS WELL LOOKED AFTER IN EVERY WAY. FANTASTIC 5 STARS.
Beautiful care home, I used to work here, and I loved it. I wish I could work here again, but sadly I moved.
