This company houses nuisance neighbours next to young families. Terrible 'care' company. Houses are not looked after, dirty mattresses and other waste left outside for months/years, overgrown weeds everywhere. Only positive reviews here are left by certain staff trying to stay in what they call a job...sitting in a bedroom doing nothing but staring at people out of the window. Having worked with Jo and her team at Foxglove for the last year what I have been most impressed by are the Values & Purpose that Jo leads the company by. The absolute priority is always to give the clients the very best possible outcome and to provide the very best life opportunities.
My son moved into one of Foxgloves homes a couple of months ago and is doing great. He has settled well and is very happy in his new home. The staff have very quickly got him into a good routine and his behaviour has improved significantly because of this. The care and understanding on an individual level is excellent and exactly what my son needed to live his life to the full.
