Amazing customer service! I have been trying to get a used unit I bought online operational again. Jason in customer service/tech support has gone above and beyond to help me get the unit operational again from replacing the battery to now replacing the circuit board. If you invest in their products, they invest in having happy customers.
I have used Fox fury lights on my fire helmets for years and just had one stop working. It had seen a lot of abuse. I sent it in for repairs and the crew (Thank you Jason) decided to replace it with a refurbished one based on the fact that they stand behind their products. I did not expect that. Also, calling the company and getting to a live person was easy and they were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their products AND their customer service. They make good products and stand behind them.

Will only sell devices to law enforcement. Citizens have the right to protect themselves, we shouldn't have to rely on LE or anyone else. We should be able to have the same tools at our disposal to protect ourselves. Companies like this have no real regard for the safety and well being of the people.
