In the lock down I volunteered my time to come and help for free. The staff were very unhelpful, they did not show me who had thickened drinks. I would not advise anyone to work here the staff are spiteful and gossip about you on face book, even when you no longer work for the company.In my opinion it is not a very modern home, the rooms do not have an ensuite toilet or shower and the day lounge is very clinical and depressing, with the residents sat in a big circle. I can rest easily knowing my Dad is being looked after to a high standard by people who care about their residents.
