I filled out an application for the FVTC and did all the requirements they asked me to do, I also spoke with the people who is in charge of that area and Mrs. Mountour spoke to me in an aggressive way and I did not get any help. In other hand, I called them and explained my situation and they hanged me without no help. This school should have people who help students to achieve their dreams and not let them go. Getting any information about any of the programs here (outside of website) is an absolute nightmare! You will call to a switch board to be transferred immediately, then to admissions (to someone who isn't in). Why do I have to set an apt to an admissions specialist? That's a sales department! They won't have answers because they have never been in the business and are not well versed in what they sell. So then you will transferred to a department head.
