I guess I didn’t learn my lesson two years ago… it was recommended that I have a shoulder replacement though I have 95% use of my shoulder. I made the mistake of going back recently because I’ve got torn meniscus and arthritis in both knees we discussed doing gel injections on July 2. I was told it would be a couple days since it was close to the holiday before we had an answer from the insurance company. Following my surgery for the removal of a clavicle plate, I had an outstanding recovery experience at this location. Cassandra, Yali, and Jason are a phenomenal team. Cassandra and Yali were incredibly patient, listening closely to my concerns before tailoring a therapy plan that led to significant improvement.
