I had a great experience with Ryan from Fox River. I needed a ride from Midway to downtown Geneva, and you never know if flights will be on time. My flight was early, but Ryan was there because he had been tracking it. We had a pleasant conversation, which made the ride home go much quicker. Highly recommend.
Horrible experience. All we did was ask for a ride and he found out we have a baby with us and refused to drive us. First he tried to say he didn't have a carseat so thats why. We told him we have her car seat so it's not an issue. Then he laughed said he wont pickup up because we can't possibly expect him to pick us up with a baby and hes going to charge alot more even if he did. He started off nice and got weirdly sarcastic, disrespectful and nasty as the conversation progressed even though we remained friendly and calm. H... read more

Last minute needed to find a ride for my Mom and Dad to the airport and Uber prices were outrageous. Fox River Transportation responded right away, was extremely friendly, and arrived on time for the pick-up. Would definitely recommend!
