DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We were walking to the bus which had 2 people on it and the driver just left us. It’s now 45 minutes and still a driver has not showed up. Literally our flight was the only flight coming in at this time. We have to go take a cap now to get our rental car. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR I GUESS.

Arrivati in aeroporto bisogna andare nella parte esterna più a destra ( non seguire le indicazione per HERTS ecc) Nonostante un errore nella prenotazione ci hanno trovato un auto con freni e pneumatici buoni, L interno molto vissuto certo! Qualche macchia sui sedili, nel baule L interno della copertura si staccava. Ma se ci si adatta nessun problema.. anzi rispondono via mail in tempo reale se hai bisogno. Changed us too much in error and would not correct it.
Car was filthy, key fob was very hit and miss ( mostly miss) so se had to lock/unlock from drivers side door then reach across to open passenger side, back hatch was also hit or miss ( mostly miss) to open.. we had to muscle a large bag into back seat ( my husband is 82 and I’m also older) mirrors would not adjust well and would not stay adjusted, windshield wipers were crap. Not very professional place and I would NEVER use them again. Just an FYI pictures don’t really show what a mess this Honda is.
This place is a joke. Don’t rent from them if you can help it. Took over an hour to get my vehicle with 5 people in front of me. I booked and paid for an SUV, they told me they had none left and gave me a small crappy sedan. Not 30 seconds later, the employee next to me told the people he was helping he was upgrading them to an SUV for free!
