Appalling customer service. We literally waited an hour and a half to get our car, after booking and paying for it months ago. Not only that but they are MILES away from the other easily accessible car rental places from the convenient tram at the airport. Never again!
It was a very bad experience,the car was dirty . The seats were horrible... i asked for a cleaner car but they refused The vehicle i got was a honda which was mechanically not sound...i would never rent from them.
Worst n rudest customer service ever. Have to wait 20 minutes to take shuttle to rental office and guy at the counter was so rude, no eye contacts whatsoever, chatting with next counter person while processing. Car itself was so dirty and stains all over the seats. After returning the car, we waited 25 minutes at unpaved dusty empty lot to take shuttle back to the airport. We almost miss our flight. AVOID!!! ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️
Horrible worst car rental I ever experienced. Fox,nü,all rental can’t get ahold of anyone ever they don’t call back ever yet the have time to email me a million times and text. I will never use you or recommend to anyone ever again. I’d give you no star if I could shame on you.
