The worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. They gave me a car with an engine light on, and it was filthy just for the battery to die on the last day I was there Had to spend $150 to get a taxi back to them and fight to get in the car would not rent a car from this place ever again.
We thought we were fortunate to find a car at the last minute for a Day rental. However, we waited for over an hour in the line after being shuttled out to their offices. Everyone that works there works very slowly and the line was much longer than necessary. Not a great experience. Next time I'll plan ahead and rent from the airport.
I've considered renting a car from them many times, but the reviews scared me away.
WORST car service I have ever had! Terrible customer service, impossible to reach, manager Rod was extremely rude and aggressive, yelling and not helping at all. NEVER rent from them!
