First time travelers to Maui & glad we went with Fox. Shuttle from airport was smooth, check in was easy, prices were great, & Dustin went above and beyond to share & recommend areas, restaurants, highlights. Midsize SUV was clean & ready to go.

No integrity. Poor customer service. Hard to believe this company is still in business given the dishonest way they treat people. A rip off even for a budget rental. Saving money is not worth the extra headache at all. Long wait times, broken promises, and zero ownership from management.

I rented a mid size car for 5 days. When I arrived I had to wait almost one hour even so only 4 people were in front of me. When it was my turn I was told all cars were gone and I had to take a Pick up truck instead. The truck was not cleaned and it had a lot of roaches inside. The most concerning practice was that they take a copy of everyones credit card and drivers license. I did not feel that they keep my personal data safe.

Unimpressed. Pushy staff. Car was mediocre wasn't what we reserved. Got (full coverage) insurance with reservation and was made to feel like it wasn't sufficient. Had to pay extra for roadside assistance I.E. flat tires, dead batteries.......if we return definitely will look elsewhere.
