Don't deal with them! They will lie into your face and do anything to charge more. Agent told me he has to increase security deposit for 100 more for the "mystic car" that i rented, but when i called to find out where are those extra 100 the billing department told me it wasn't security deposit it was an upgrade fee.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I am speaking of the location in Orlando which is located about 10 min away from OIA. Worst staff / experience I have ever encountered. Would give zero stars if I could. I almost NEVER write reviews, but for this place...I had to. When we first got there, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and had an attitude with my wife. Alquilamos el coche en el aeropuerto de Miami y a un buen precio, un coche grande, la entrega fue rápida, pero el coche bastante sucio con manchas de comida y las huellas de pie en el cristal por lo que creo que no lo limpiaron
Zero stars times infinity. This is absolutely the worst rental car company I’ve ever experienced in my life. Their policies do not align with competitors. Stay away…By all costs. Don’t be fooled by low rates. They’re misleading, boast horrible customer service, absolutely unprofessional, and rude at their counters. I absolutely would never ever give my business to this company.
