Alquilamos el coche en el aeropuerto de Miami y a un buen precio, un coche grande, la entrega fue rápida, pero el coche bastante sucio con manchas de comida y las huellas de pie en el cristal por lo que creo que no lo limpiaron

Zero stars times infinity. This is absolutely the worst rental car company I’ve ever experienced in my life. Their policies do not align with competitors. Stay away…By all costs. Don’t be fooled by low rates. They’re misleading, boast horrible customer service, absolutely unprofessional, and rude at their counters. I absolutely would never ever give my business to this company.

I must say if it wasn't for Kevin ( the manager) at the Miami air port location. My whole trip would have been horrible. Not only did he correct things that the third party Booked wrong without any back-and-forth. I felt respected and understood; which is important customer service for me! If I had any further problems. He was available for me to speak to directly, which made me feel important. He even gave me a great place to eat late, due to my flight delay..I will definitely be booking with this company every time because... read more

My experience with Fox rental car was fine up until I called to ask about all the extra charges that they applied. I ended up paying more for the “extras” than for the car itself! And the customer service people are very unhelpful, do not listen and just keep telling you that you signed a contract and that they can send you a copy of it. I will never rent from this company ever again. They are not at all affordable, they are very misleading and they have terrible customer service. BEWARE!
