My flight was changed and Fox suggested the cancellation of my rental because they hadn’t a location to the destination Frontier changed my flight to. They informed me of my refund but now are refusing to give me my refund. I had already paid for a rental with Fox and paid another $330 for a car because I was told of my refund to be issued. Now, this. DO NOT USE FOX RENTAL CARS
This "Fox" rental car selection was included with an Expedia vacation package booking. We could not find this vendor in the SFO airport in the rental car area. After calling the Fox phone, they instructed me outside to wait for an off site van pickup. Upon arrival at Fox, there were approximately 4 people in front of us to check in. BEWARE, they will try to wreck you with hidden fees. It's a scam, and not worth the up front cost "savings." I got a toll charge bill a few weeks after my rental. For $7.99 worth of tolls, they charged me $82.99. Just outrageous. Why do you hate your customers so much, Fox? Every single time you cross a toll checkpoint (in my case, one incident was 30 seconds apart, and another was 47 seconds apart), they hit you with a separate $15 "administrative fee." Do not pre pay for gas. They will charge to fill tank a even It was returned with 3/4 full plus taxes and fees. In my case I only used 1/4 and was charged $102 for gas when I returned the vehicle. Bait and switch at its finest
