We hired Fox Relocations based on their advertisement stating they were a Castle Hill-based company with their own staff. However, on moving day, two sub contractors showed up who were completely unaware of our agreed-upon arrangements. The movers were unprofessional, and despite Fox's assurance of "no hidden fees," they charged us extra. I would never use Fox Relocations again and strongly advise others to avoid them.
Took 5 hrs to load from a container with perfect access and only 2 hours to unload when supervised… took items that were not to be taken.. over all the experience was a complete nightmare and I wouldn’t recommend fox relocations to the taliban..
