What can I say I really like her work
If I could give her 0 stars, I would. My family started working with Jill OVER A YEAR AGO and it was the worst decision we ever made. She is horrible with communication, takes weeks/months to respond, or sometimes doesn’t even respond at all. We have paid thousands of dollars to her. She was not prepared for our hearing and didn’t even prepare us beforehand. We ended up losing because of her lack of preparation and interest in our situation. I wish there was an option for no stars. One star sounds like she kind of did her job and she definitely did not so, she doesn't deserve even one star. I feel we could have won our case if Jill even attempted to do her job. She had over a year to prepare for the hearing (because of COVID our hearing was postponed) and she waited until THE DAY BEFORE the hearing to reach out to us.
