When my grandmother first moved in things were good. People were friendly and kind. The last 4 years things changed. There was 1 nice manager there in 16 years. The rest were disrespectful to our family as we would drop my grandmother off at the front door and helped her get back into the building. They would yell that we parked in the front for just enough time to get her in and out of the vehicle safely. She had fallen there once prior so we always wanted to make sure she got in ok. The property and building are well maintained and very clean!! The manager onsite has been very helpful and knowledgeable while addressing our needs. She has gone above and beyond and is one of the main reasons why they have such great involvement with residents helping others in addition to the wonderful social events they have on a regular. This is a very clean and secure apartment. However management tries to control your life and also shares personal business with other residence. There is a public bathroom on the first floor, but don't think you can use it because they keep it locked. There is a lovely family room, but management also controls this. As an adult don't use colorful language because they will threaten to terminate your lease if they hear you! DONT EXPECT ANY RESPECT THAT YOU PAY RENT AND ARE AN ADULT!
Excellent clean apartments, property management was very friendly, helpful and professional. Grounds are well maintained as well as the whole building. Great place to live!
