I was shocked at the number of errors on my closing. I was more shocked at Ms. Fox's reaction. When I told her that I found an error on the HOA fee reimbursement, she said (paraphrasing) 'I know. We found that out today and are fixing it. Just put that one aside and don't sign it.' Uh, wait a minute... you knowingly gave me an incorrect HUD? And didn't say anything about it until I called you out on it and THEN you said you already knew about it? On the next page, the property zip code didn't look right. I was signing under ... read more
Ms. Fox and her staff are an extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff for your real estate needs. They were efficient, timely and detailed on making sure that every single detail was covered on my behalf. Highly recommended and I will use their services again. 5 Stars. The best in the Lake Norman area and Charlotte.
