From the start, Fox + Ivory was so easy to work with. We liked that there were several photographers to choose from. Jay, one of the founders, was super helpful for all the planning before the big day - sending us reminders, keeping us on track and getting all of our information ready for our lead photographer. We were disappointed with the service we received and with our final gallery. Despite multiple phone calls with Fox + Ivory’s leadership, including discussing our location, schedule, and shot list in advance, the photographers we were assigned were completely unprepared. This led to significant delays, an abundance of stress, rushed portraits, and missed photo opportunities with each other, as the bride and groom, and with our loved ones.
