TLDR; DON’T RENT HERE. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT ANY OF YOU. THEY WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU TO NO END. THEY WILL CHANGE THE UTILITY BILLING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LEASE BUT USE A LOOPHOLE SO YOU CAN’T SUE THEM AND LEAVE PAYING AN OUTRAGEOUS FEE. They changed to a sub-metering company for utilities rather than charging the flat $90 fee on the lease.
