TERRIBLE QUALITY and TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I HOPE that I can give them “0” star!!! I bought the ice ball molds from their “New Collection” with the original price at Square One location. It’s not even the “On Sale” item. I found it’s leaking and cannot make the ball shape it’s supposed to be. When I try to return it, the store manager (Shaja??) who is on duty told me it’s the final sale (original price???) They did not put the final sale stamp on my receipt and there is no sign beside the products in the store. I can only get ... read more
Fox home is 1 of my favorite shop . I like the decor and organize kitchen stuff very easy to find . Winson is so friendly and knowledgeable. He is always so welcoming and ready to help . Thankyou Fox home for having such a wonderful staff. I would definitely come back.
