I was referred to fox & fox by another law firm whom has extensive knowledge of my current ongoing employment litigation. The questions asked during the brief "consultation" were meant to gage how much I could pay to keep the case going. As soon as the attorney became aware that I am disabled and unable to pay extravagant hourly fees out of pocket, he began to give excuses as to why he couldn't take my case without first asking about the merits of the case.
