Called for legal advice, they put me through to a "legal assistant". You know a secretary. Who procedsed to tell me things so provable false, i told her to just tell people to ask chatgpt in the future. Terrible

Terrible service. They were the the title company the seller picked and they refused to cooperate with us, the buyers, or the bank financing our mortgage. We ended up having to hire a lawyer to find out why closing was delayed multiple times. At the time of closing, they had the audacity to ask us to sign a document that said they answered all of our questions and concerns. We refused.
