Bright and ample gym
Floris is so much more than a PT to me, she is a fabulous friend and cheerleader. She is just such a positive and welcoming soul...if you work hard under her guidance you will see results. I certainly have: I eat better, have a better mindset, sleep better, enjoy exercise and would recommend her to anyone wanting to make changes to their lifestyle.
Flo is absolutely amazing. Her knowledge into sport and nutrition is great. Her classes are so much fun! She's also one of the best people I know! You'll do great attending any of Flo's classes! Highly recommend!
