i had a different experience here because i feel like i am very valued and i am doing a lone here every month. My child goes her too and she is doing lones here all the time.
When in business the customer should be valued and not taken for granted. The managers are so rude..that they talk to clients as if though we need them. A manger told me that they have plenty of customers and therefor I was unimportant. This was all over a $50 dollar loan. WOW. My card went through for $25 dollars and by noon, on my lunch break, I brought the remainder. Because of that am not considered by them a good customer. WOW!! Ive been a customer since it opened. they treat me and my wife like friends and even did our tax for free. my wif had got sick and they let her be late
