Extremely upset with this company, Fox Eye at Crabtree. I have only been seen there once, over 10 years ago. However, when someone called there to schedule an appointment with my same previous name, the staff member never verified the callers DOB, address or phone number and scheduled under my chart. I received texts and emails about “my” upcoming appointment. I called there and advised staff that this had been scheduled under the wrong chart and to please cancel this. That was never done. Great customer service, staff is kind and knowledgeable. Dr Fox is very knowledgeable and showed amazing care. I definitely would recommend.

I have been going to Fox Eye Care for years. I started going to Crabtree after one of their other locations closed. Everyone is very nice. I also like that there is a LensCrafters attached.
