I was just looking up their phone number again...and noticed the low star rating...that is horrible. These people have so many clients...they deserve 5+ stars. I have had Tami help me for years now...Huge IRS Audit...and now they take care of everything for me so I never get into a bind again. Friendly...Honest. No games.

I just searched Google for the phone number to Fox & Co and was surprised at the 2.8 stars they have. I am a very satisfied customer and would like to tip the scales the other way if possible. I have a business with specific accounting needs and I shopped several other CPAs in Vancouver prior to meeting with Tammy at Fox. The other CPAs I spoke to did not have the knowledge or experience to handle my business needs. I own a local contracting business on Vancouver. I 've been using them for some 2 years now. The staff is super friendly and always have documents on time. You won't be dissapointed.

For a professional accounting firm I was very disappointed with my service. Constantly having to call to check on status of tax prep only to find they had misplaced documents (but didn't call to inform me) and they don't even guarantee their own work as they make you sign a document AFTER the tax prep is finally complete that they will work with you (for a fee) if you are audited but otherwise all mistakes or errors are your responsibility.
