I have lived in the appleton area and I would like to state the FCCU off of nothland is great, I love Kay, she is sooo sweet. The FCCU on calument st, however, is horabble. I go in to ask why my account is negative, and this lady try to tell me that because I do not i have any written notes of my purchase she can not help me. Good Service... but no Online Banking??? – Harbor Credit Union only has a few locations and they are not easily accesible. They do have a nice staff and an okay automated Phone teller system. However they do not offer online banking at all. I am dissapointed that with the 21st Century and the computer age upon us that they do not offer online banking. Most of their Credit Union Competitors in the area to offer online banking.
Wish Everyone Went here! – Generally good service! Fast loan approval and efficient Staff!! Good locations and several of them! Low ATM Fees and a lot of ATM's in the fox valley area to use that are "Fee Free". Nice online banking system. My only complaint is their hours. It would be nice if they were open one or two nights a week to 7pm. I work from 5:30am until 5:30pm and it's hard to get to an office by 6pm.
