Filed a dispute on my ******** about a medical bill that wasnt me where someone had stolen my identity. They were prompt and removed the debt from my credit report. I am now awaiting the second debt to be removed. They have helped me to get my life back together and I am so grateful for them!
I greatly appreciate Pam's respectful tone, and professionalism while working with me. After getting verbally harassed from a physicians office about a bill that I had not seen in over a year, Pam assured me that she would work with me on setting up a plan. Thank you, it is very much appreciated!
Absolutely HORRIBLE. My insurance company sent an EOB, to which Fox Collections conveniently never received. All of this for a medical bill I never received that indeed was double billed in the first place! How a collection agency can rip people off, it is unfathomable. They have been given every bit of paper work requested and yet, still, nothing is being done or the paper work, well poof it is just gone. As the collection agency, we do not file insurance. The consumer should be able to obtain a copy and forward it to us. We will be glad to review it once received.
BAD business! I spent the past 6 YEARS arguing with these people to do what's right and remove a $304 medical bill off my credit. By law, it should've never even been reported to start with. Even after sending letters of proof from my insurance company, they still said the "EOB didnt match". They don't care about what's right, they think they are above the law. The item in collections was for date of service 03/31/13. Our client listed this item as denied by insurance due to "Expense incurred prior to coverage." The EOB we were provided was for dates of service 03/31/14 and 04/01/14. The providers listed were not the same as our client. We worked with Ms. E**** for over 3 years to resolve this. Our client still has this balance as unpaid.
Caller asking for me by my first name. Very rude. Stated my was a private mobile phone and you can not call. Stated he can call any number at anytime unless I tell him. Told him I never gave permission. Then stated would file collections on me. I asked for a letter of what this is about and then hung up on me.

Fraudulent account that they will not help me remove. Having something that hurts your credit is one thing but something that's not supposed to be there is another. They could care less about helping anyone
