A collection showed up on my credit report for a physical therapy session I was not aware my insurance wouldn't pay for. Called the next day and paid the $80 collection. The agent, Janette, was courteous and professional. She told me that it would be reported back to the company as paid and would be removed from my credit report within a month. It's been a week and has already reported to all the credit agencies and removed. Made my screw up a lot less painless. Very appreciative!

Got a bill from Fox, a statement shows I owe a bill from my hospital stay. I called the hospital and was told the hospital does not use this company. Also told by the hospital billing dept. rep that my bills were paid. I called the number listed for Fox, one of the crooks answered the phone by stating his name not Fox. I told him what the hospital had told me and he began to ask what number did I use to call the hospital. What Number! Did I not have enough sense to call the hospital???
