Jill and her staff are fantastic!! Not only does she do our taxes, she has also help me get my car club going as a business!! I highly recommend them for all your financial needs and support!!!
Great rates friendly always willing to help
We had been going here for years. The last two years the service continued to get worse. We had major delays getting our taxes done(many excuses), voice-mail was always full, and they failed to get back to us in a timely manner. We canceled our "auto appointment" that is set up every year and went somewhere else. After having them done(while we sat there) we also found out that Fox Cities Tax was basically ripping us off cost wise. We will never go back there nor will we ever recommend them!
Run, do not walk away from this business. The first year they filed our info away in an amended file cabinet. The next year they forgot to file an extension which I didn't realize until I started getting letters about liens on our houses from the IRS. Other things are just too numerous to mention. We had another tax business review those years.
